During this webinar, CMS will discuss how to protect deeptech technologies with patents with reference to case studies as well as case law from the European Patent Office and other offices. We will compare and contrast the situation in different jurisdictions and consider the impact of regulation and standards on intellectual property strategies. We will consider how generative AI tools may assist in the creation and protection of deeptech technologies.
