Our students are looking forward to spending 3 days at a residential Writing Retreat at the Ammerdown Retreat Centre in Radstock, Somerset, this summer.
The aim of this Writing Retreat is to bring ART-AI students together, away from their normal environment, to allow them time to focus on their writing for 3 days. Our 2019 Cohort are coming to the end of the first year of their PhD research and will be focusing on their Confirmation Report, while our 2020 Cohort are coming to the end of the MRes year and will be focusing on their Interdisciplinary Thesis Formulation Report.
We hope that this event, as well as providing the space to focus on their writing, will enable student collaboration and facilitate cohort building.
