The Alan Turing Institute is pleased to host their second annual Turing CDT conference on Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 November 2023.
Over two days, attendees will have the opportunity to network with peers, engage with active research, hear from experts as well as join panel sessions and skills activities.
This two-day conference will be hosted in person in Birmingham as part of the Turing Connections initiative.
The event is targeted at current PhD students enrolled with Centres for Doctoral Training (CDTs) and aims to:
- establish new and enhance existing student-student connections across the CDT landscape
- expose attendees to topics and people to support career development
- improve awareness of diversity and representation challenges across AI and data science
Ticket price
The two-day conference ticket will be £100.00 (incl. VAT). This ticket includes catering and refreshments throughout the event and a networking reception after day one. Please be prepared to make payment for your ticket before starting your registration.
Please note, dinner is not included in the ticket price. If you would like to dine at the Edgbaston Park Hotel’s 1900 restaurant, we suggest booking ahead of time if you’re coming as a group. Otherwise, we recommend travelling into Birmingham city for dinner.
